Returns & Exchange Policy
At Zalea's, every headcover is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. Before placing an order, we encourage you to reach out if you have questions about colors, prints, or coordinating pieces. We love helping customers mix and match the perfect set and are always happy to provide additional photos or recommendations.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges on eligible items.
To qualify for an exchange:

The item must be unused and in new condition.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We advise sending the headcover(s) back via USPS as this is the most cost effective.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.
If you're unsure about a color combination before ordering, please contact us—we'd much rather help you choose the perfect match than have you go through the exchange process.
Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item for a refund:

A return request must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in new condition.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We advise sending the headcover(s) back via USPS as this is the most cost effective.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This means customers will be refunded 75% of the original purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Used, damaged, or altered items

Items returned outside the approved return window
-
Custom, personalized, or special-order products

Clearance or final sale items (This includes Misfit Mania items)

If We Made a Mistake
While we do our very best to ensure every order is perfect, mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong item or believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. If the error was made by Zalea's, we will make it right. This may include replacing the item, exchanging it for the correct item, or providing a refund at our discretion. In these situations, Zalea's will cover any applicable shipping costs associated with correcting the mistake. Our goal is for every customer to have a great experience, so if something doesn't look right, please reach out—we're here to help!
